Shipping and Return Policy

Package shipment:

The packages will be shipped by our suppliers' warehouses from different countries: France, Spain, Italy, United States, UK and China.

*All of our manufacturers and suppliers have been checked by our team to ensure that the products are sourced ethically. 

Delivery delay: 

Europe: 10-20 Days

United States: 10-20 Days 

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time( business days (excl. weekends, holidays)

Tracking number:

Your shipping times depend on the shipping carrier 

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on our the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

*Please note that we are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped. 

* Edenlly is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.

The number of packages:

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Return Condition:
You have the possibility to return your order within 14 days since the delivery if you change your mind.
*Please note that you will have to cover the return cost of your order.

Refund Condition:
In order to be refunded, you have to send us by email the proof that your item has been returned ( for example carrier receipt..etc).
*The refund will be done within the 14 days.
